Payment is due in full upon check-out. No exceptions.

Monday - Saturday checkout time is 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM there will be a kennel charge for the day.

There is always a charge for Sundays.

There is always a charge for the drop-off day.

If your pet checks in on Saturday and checks out on Sunday, there is always a charge for both days.

In the event that your pet needs medical attention, there will be a $10.00 fee for transporting you pet or samples to the vet.
