A Day At The Dog Spa
In order to ensure each client is healthy and happy during their visit with
us, we keep our facility
impeccably clean and we use only the best shampoos and the safest grooming
equipment. We want to ensure that your pet has a low stress grooming
experience. Therefore we never overbook
appointments. Each groomer schedules only the number of appointments
that she feels comfortable doing in the allotted time. This limits the
number of available appointments in a day. Because of
this, we tend to book up quickly. This can effect the wait
time for the next appointment if you schedule appointments one at a time.
To overcome this, we have started to pre-scheduled appointments throughout
the year for our regular customers. If you are interested in
pre-scheduled appointments, please let us know.

Sorry, no grooming appointments are available on Sunday
Grooming appointments are available Monday through Saturday. Dogs can
be
dropped off in the morning between the time the shop opens and 9:00 AM.
We will arrange a pickup time in the afternoon based on the condition of
your dog's coat and the trim required. All appointments include
shampooing your dog twice, applying a conditioner, cleaning your dog's ears
and clipping your dog's nails.
Grooming Extras
For an additional fee, the following extra services are available for your
pet: - Expressing anal glands
- Brushing teeth
- Flea Shampoo *
- Deskunk Shampoo **
- Polishing nails
* A flea shampoo is required if we notice any fleas on your pet.
** Deskunking shampoo does not guarantee 100% removal of skunk smell.
Results are based on where on the body the dog was sprayed, length of time
between being sprayed and being bathed and coat / skin types.
Walk-In Specials
You don't have time for a complete grooming? We offer a variety of
walk-in services to help keep your pet looking and smelling fresh.
We do recommend that you call ahead to ensure a groomer is available.

** The Spruce-up Special includes a nail trim, breath spray, conditioning spray
for the coat, ear cleaning and a collar bow.
PricesGrooming prices are based on the condition of your dog's coat and skin and
the desired trim. An estimate given over the phone is a starting price based
on the dog's breed. Factors that can increase the price of the
grooming include a matted coat, fleas and coat / skin conditions. We
would be happy to work with you to establish a grooming schedule and an
at-home routine that will keep your pet's coat in its best possible
condition.
PoliciesTo ensure provide premier service and run as efficiently as possible, the
following policies are necessary:

Payment is due in full upon pick-up of your pet.
Sorry, no exceptions

A "No Show" fee will be applied for all
cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
time.

When dropping off your pet, please let us know of
any medical conditions or problems that have developed since your
pet's last appointment.

If you are unable to schedule pick-up before
closing time and your pet must spend the night, there will be a
kennel charge for the day.

From Monday through Saturday, kennel check out
time is 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM, there will be a charge for
an additional day.

When a pet is boarded from Saturday to Sunday,
there is always a charge for both days.
